Last month we had the pleasure of appointing Dale Freeman as our United Kingdom Managing Director. Dale resides in Nuneaton, Midlands. He’s a keen sportsman with achievements in swimming at national level, county level, and for his club, Nuneaton. He also has represented multiple Rugby clubs, is an avid Formula One fan and most importantly Dale is a family man.

After his time at Portsmouth University Dale started his career in an operational role back in 1998, in the automotive industry. He worked his way up from a Planning Coordinator to Logistics Manager. In 2005, he was hired in his first sales position at Klöckner Pentaplast. Throughout his career in food, print and smart card industries Dale has held many different roles such as: sales rep, sales management, business unit manager, commercial director, sales & marketing director, global head of pricing and product development director. While Dale has a vast knowledge of leadership roles, he also has experience in mentoring and coaching fellow colleagues.

Dale has a broad experience in plastics, print, polymers, lean manufacturing, six sigma, operations, purchasing, quality, finance and completed several courses to expand his knowledge. These skills make him the perfect option for the future of Staeger, as we continue to grow and inform the world about the positives of recycled plastic packaging.

“I feel my career experience will align with the company objective for profitable growth, customer engagement, innovative solutions, breaking ground into white spaces and new industries, as well as serving our customer base with the continued exceptional performance in service, efficiency, quality and communication that Staeger currently delivers.”
